Coping with getting older?

I'm finding it quite tough getting older, not enjoying it
Any tips to cope?

It's a fact that I am the age I am, tips to cope...? just take it with a grain of salt don't pay to stress it something you can't change

@SagePoet It's stressful though and sadly age prejudice exists - not least for women

yes prejudice because of ones age, sad, age discrimination especially for jobs and against women.@SW-User
