Coping with getting older?

I'm finding it quite tough getting older, not enjoying it
Any tips to cope?

Now you do! Become a thespian,join the local drama group,help out at the local soup kitchen,try art,sing in thee choir!

I knew this woman on EP who needed to *reinvent* herself. She was originally from Chicago but had moved to the South..last i heard she was redoing someones HUGE garden ,"heavy machinery" was involved😛
Not my thing but she was in 7th heaven!
You never know....
