People are worried about themselves, they arent necessarily bad people, but they are so caught up with their own selfish desires that they act like jerks.

People don't know how to act today and they didn't know how to act years and years ago. I think overall, the percentage of assholes in the world is very slowly going down. We are evolving but we are not there yet.
