I'm thinking my 12th. It was when I got a bike for my birthday and we were all together as a family. After that the family started to fall apart and birthdays weren't all that special - almost kinda painful to acknowledge and were not a big deal.
@Danez I was six when there was one less close family member due to death and hearing the adults discuss their memories of her from my previous bday made my 5th bday become my most memorable.
