What topic could you spend hours talking about?

I can ramble with someone who can ramble back about anything and everything and nothing at all, and I'll admit those have been my favorite, but the longest conversations I've had on any given subject have been more along the lines of history/anthropology/psychology/sociology. People through the ages will always hold me in thrall.
