what should I do to be perfectly comfortable alone , with myself?

It's scares the hell Outta me to be alone, but after trying for five years I can't find anyone. Not even family and fake friends.

I love being alone. I have a lot to keep me busy and interested. Fortunately for me, I am only alone when I choose to be. I have a large family, and live in a retirement building, and I see my neighbours whenever I'm in the mood, but mostly, I like to be alone with my thoughts and solitary activities. I like quiet. I no longer even have cable on my tv, because I don't watch it.
