Eyes, don't know what I would notice first if they didn't have eyes 👀

Open sores or lack there of.

Their existence.

I watch how they carry themselves (posture, how they walk, facial expressions).

I notice kindness, or the lack of.

I try not to notice them at all.

Their voice.

Everything

Their elbows.

Their junk

Height.
