Warning ! Don't do it !

Ok, broke a habit and treated myself to a tub of Ben & Jerry's Topped chocolate caramel cookie dough ice cream.

Quite why ice cream of this variety should be so expensive is a mystery to me, which is why i rarely do it.
But i have to concede it is good.

Grr!

@RadiantRuby Quick bit of research online suggests the following.
Breyer's lactose free all natural ice cream.
Soy delicious (which i grant you sounds like a contradiction in terms !) Rice Dream......which sounds more a play on words rather than an actual product !
and Luna and Larry's, which i believe is coconut milk based ice cream.
Any good ?
