Sooner or later you'r going to write or play something that sounds like it's already been done !
Not too sure why they didn't effectively argue that point in court !

@Picklebobble2 I honestly don't know all the details of the case. From what I've heard they really got the short end of the stick. It bums me out every time I hear it.

@AcidBurn over zealous lawyers perhaps. They could have agreed to give the stones a credit on the single......Unless it was released during the start of digital download ?
Easy to write a credit on a single or a cd. Can't do it on digital though can you !!
