Once their was a gangster

He had friends with who he molested kids ,when he became stronger he eliminated his friends so wouldn't be exposed ,then found he had another friend in jail,he sent his cronies to cut a deal with the last friend standing ..now says I shall get world noble prize for peace...sounds familiar???
