Emotional in the morning

Can someone hug my brain, better? It's a blessing and a cursed to have long term memories and painful memories of always advocating for others & oneself for it to be a test of connections. Idk, maybe it's just small town sh*t perspective or lack of exposure just creeping up on me, but man does it ever sting being pass the short end of the stick. Just wonder, if I'm put on earth just to help humanity and carry teamwork. Trying hard not to be so hard on myself.
