You have to understand how the laws in the us works when SCOTUS passed roe vs Wade they broke the 10th amendment because medical laws with a few exceptions are state laws

@Mountainlady16 The other point and it is common in Canada is the Supreme Court gave 'rights' that were not in the constitution and thus short circuited the entire amendment process. When prohibition of alcohol was written into the constitution it was done following the correct procedures. Roe v Wade didn't follow the procedures yet it was taken as an inalienable right because of the court's foolish ruling. Here in Canada the Supreme Court has actually ordered the Parliament to enact legislation even if it is against the will of the people based on the liberal judges on the court determining that thus Canada shall be governed.

@hippyjoe1955 yep samewayin the us the biggest thing besides abortion is that it now leaves a few otherscotus decisions in jeopoerdy like gay marriage. Marriage laws are also state laws and homosexuals aren't protected under 14th ammendment
