Did RFK Jr Eat A BBQ Dog?

Apparently a veternarian counted the ribs on the carcass and concluded from the number of ribs seen, it was a dog and not a goat. RFK Jr said he wouldn't eat a dog or monkey.

So, how do we proceed from here? Who do you believe? And why do you believe it? Will this help or hurt him in the election?
