No citizen is denied that right.
I find it laughable though, that one orange hued man would so harshly criticize those that have taken the fifth(being cheered for those statements), alluding that doing so makes them bona fide criminals.
And then...taking the fifth over four hundred times.

@RogueLoner maybe some do. I doubt it's actual opposition to that right and moreso opposition to someone claiming that if nothing illegal was done, the fifth isn't a necessity.
There are some that are opposed to due process and the steps that are taken to assure it. Like search warrants and subpoenas.
And those people threaten violence if those steps are taken.

I indeed believe everyone has the right to remain silent, so as not to incriminate one's self. Nothing foolish about that.
Who said trump (or anyone else) hasnt that right, or any others?
He has the right to take the fifth. He has the right to criticize others that do....too.

What is true...everyone i know expected it. He cannot truthfully testify to the quality of mar a lagos tap water. "People say it's the best water they've ever had. Just today, a pretty little Eastern European lady said...sir, you have the most delicious water. Ima gonna search for the source. Excuse me please..."
But keep believing everyone is all up tight over it. It's no secret he is not competent to testify to anything. So the fifth is exactly what he needs to take.

@RogueLoner i agree. Never talk to cops, without representation. Even when you are innocent. That's me, anyway. Im not smart enough to evade incriminating questions.
As i said, no one freaked out. Just made note of the blatant hypocrisy.
