I mean I get it in a way, you control your body, but would a decent haircut kill you? Just a bunch of metro men and bowlcut, blue haired mullet women.

I think they're inherently ugly so their hairstyles don't really make a difference. It's a combination of bad genes and what happens when mental illness is left untreated.
