It should be legal to sell your own organs.

I have two kidneys and I only need one. Someone out there is about to have no kidneys and they only need one. But I probably won't give them mine because there's nothing in it for me. What's the good in that?

I actually agree. A person should have complete and only control of their bodies. Even if it harms them. It harms only them.
