It should be legal to sell your own organs.

I have two kidneys and I only need one. Someone out there is about to have no kidneys and they only need one. But I probably won't give them mine because there's nothing in it for me. What's the good in that?

No, thats actually called a black market, basically everything unions/democrats find repulsive
BlueVeins · 22-25
@checkoutanytime No it's not babe, a black market is, by definition, illegal trading of controlled goods.

@BlueVeins exactly no democratic union would ever allow, "my body, my choice", who do you think you are fooling, Joe Biden? Unlike him im exceptionally experienced in liberal authority. They will take away your livelihood to put you on a program, ( re-education camp) im dead searious lil buddy.

@checkoutanytime That, my friend, was a pivot. I don't think the Dems even have an official position on selling your organs, it's not really something that comes up in the debates or whatever. Realistically, Dems have been on either side of the debate you're talking about. They've supported bodily autonomy in cases like abortion, euthanasia, sodomy, trans rights, & marijuana use, but have opposed bodily autonomy in the case of harder drugs. So the binary you're trying to draw is kind of ridiculous.

Also, how is this even relevant?

@BlueVeins wtf do you think social programs are?
BlueVeins · 22-25
@checkoutanytime Oh my god you're just gonna keep changing the subject, aren't you?
checkoutanytime · 46-50, M
@BlueVeins dude go ahead sell your pancrease to the chinqs in Harvard Mass. Once the state finds out, you will be their property. Your body your choice = independence. Re-education camps = AOC /truth administration/Re-education. Your truly just a baby to politics, dont let the bad people get ya. Is all i wish for ya lil buddy.
BlueVeins · 22-25
@checkoutanytime Why are you talking about this as if it were the Dems specifically fighting for selling organs to be illegal?
checkoutanytime · 46-50, M
@BlueVeins bc its a real thing, you did not invent it. Dont be woke, be awake.
BlueVeins · 22-25
@checkoutanytime Do you have any example of this babe
checkoutanytime · 46-50, M
@BlueVeins im not one to put a notch for taking virginity, if you must know. You will learn.
BlueVeins · 22-25
@checkoutanytime Well if organ selling was a partisan issue, that'd be a real easy thing to proveeeeeeeee
checkoutanytime · 46-50, M
@BlueVeins the freedom of choice is what you are debating internally. You do know planned parenthoods are being shutdown bc the FACT they give dead fetus tissue to scientists illegally, is why Roe vs Wade/covid jabs are such hot topics? 🙄
BlueVeins · 22-25
@checkoutanytime Oh no, god forbid someone illegally cure cancer!
checkoutanytime · 46-50, M
@BlueVeins isnt it rectial cancer? That has a promising elixer? I dought fetus enzymes play a roll, in a broken backdoor. Eating healthy organic foods, and refraining from anal sex are probably better odds than any concocksucktion scientist provide as an elixer. Dating back to warlocks and magicians, and back to babylon, there is nothi g new under the sun, is the safest bet of all.

@checkoutanytime First of all, stem cell treatments aren't an elixir; it's an implantation of cells. Cancer treatments in general are pretty unpleasant, idk why you'd default to it being an elixir. Second of all, organic food isn't known to reduce cancer risk. The evidence is mixed at best.

http://www.millionwomenstudy.org/publications/375/organic-food-consumption-and-the-incidence-of-cancer-in-a-large-prospective-study-of-women-in-the-united-kingdom

Third of all, cancer is kinda one of those things where you can do everything right and still get it; cancer is caused by cell mutations, which can happen thanks to ionizing radiation (which we all have in some amount), free radicals, or even viral infection. The idea that we can just live good lifestyles and complacently abandon science research is silly in the extreme.
