I Am a Liberal Socialist

Correct federal government has 18 enumerated powers 14th amendment gave imigration powers. Now if any other powers like health care, education, housing , retirement and so on are to be federal powers constitutional amendments must be passed to give that power. As of now that power belongs to the states . Socialists will not go through the amendment process to get there agenda . Knowing full well the 2/3 threshold would never be met. At best maybe 1/4 not even close. Thus pack courts and push it legislatively. Totaly unconstitutional

Thank god they are to bumb to push these agendas at state levels instead they have done it federally giving the winning arguemant in a constitional supreme court to shut them down

There health care movement was gaining speed at state level nation wide . And there impatience and greed for power . shoved the ACA Obama care unconstitunally . That stoped the states in there tracks. If the liberals would have left it alone 50% of the states would have had state run healthcare with the other 50% on there way.
