Targeted Individuals: Write a Limerick about Whoever Targeted You

Are all degenerates, bullies, and liars

NOTE: It doesn't have to be a "great" limerick, just writing it will make you feel better.
Write as many as you want. Put the limericks in your GS journal, along with the license plate numbers, names, addresses, and phone numbers (if you know them) of all your gang stalkers, and keep writing in your GS journal every day.
Also, collect as much evidence as you can, especially audio/video evidence (from cell phone/camcorder, security cameras etc)
Also, ask friends & family members to witness the evil actions of your gang stalkers, because when you're ready to go to the local police to report that you are being stalked, multiple eyewitnesses are much better than "your word against theirs")
