Nonconsensual human experimentation is still taking place, say online members of groups from around the world.
Victims in the northeast Ohio area, as well as across the United States and world-wide have steadily reported painful attacks through electromagnetic directed energy weapons (DEW) for the past several decades,
Stories found online have been the basis of learning for some.
Many have gone on to form support groups where they share their stories of torture and surveillance.
According to one attorney in California, these attacks may be the modern form of COINTELPRO activities and used to experiment on (people) without consent.
Using "non-lethal" weapons as a type of nonconsensual human experimentation may be the training ground for "operators" to learn how to kill, or slowly torture their victims to death.
A dedicated legal researcher trying to help these targeted individuals, attorney Bob S. keeps his identity hidden to keep his life protected from possible further disruption or COINTELPRO-type subterfuge.
His main concern is that he works hard enough to carry the ball forward, creating enough controversy in the public domain to stir the consciousness of peace activist types to push this topic all the way through to the (United States) Congress.
