Flying Gang Stalkers - Get Them on Video!

As most gang stalking victims already know, the psychological "no-touch" torture techniques used against them are similar to the no-touch torture techniques used by J. Edgar Hoover's COINTELPRO counterintelligence program used against Hoover's enemies by the FBI back in the 1950's and 1960's.
One of the most often-used form of psychological torture used by COINTELPRO was "Overt" surveillance.
Overt surveillance, as opposed to covert surveillance, is part of the attempt by the criminals who engage in gang stalking to "terrorize" their victims.
One-on-one stalkers (single stalkers), use Covert surveillance, because they do not want their victims to know that they are stalking them.
On the other hand, the paid bullies who engage in gang stalking DO want their victims to know that they are, indeed, stalking them, because it's part of their overall torture protocol.
These filthy low-life ex-felons-on-parole WANT their victims to know they are stalking them.
This is especially true of the so-called "surveillance aircraft" reported by many gang stalking victims.
These taxpayer-funded A$$HOLES and their copters, planes and drones are NOT doing "police work;"
"Police work" by air might include flying over roads and highways looking for drunk drivers or speeding vehicles, often working in conjunction with law enforcement vehicles on the ground.
THIS type of aerial surveillance is legitimate and 100% legal.
But what the "flying gang stalkers" are doing is 100% ILLEGAL!
The Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution protects people from "unreasonable searches and seizures by the government."
Also, Title 18: Section 242 "Makes it a crime for a person acting under the color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States." (18 U.S.C. ^ 242)
In addition, Title 18: Section 241 "makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in the United States in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States or because of his or her having exercised such a right." (18 U.S.C. ^ 241)
These flying gang stalkers swoop down low over their victims' homes, or wherever their victims are
(they usually know where their victims are by use of GPS devices placed on the victim's car).
Unlike ordinary law enforcement aircraft, flown by legitimate law enforcement personnel, these "perps in planes" are not looking for speeding cars or people "driving under the influence" (DUI) or doing legal surveillance on known violent criminals, they are merely following orders from higher-ups to "terrorize" targeted individuals by flying low and slow over their homes or over wherever the TI may be (supermarket, post office, library etc.).
These are NOT "legitimate" Law Enforcement aircraft.
These are CRIMINALS engaging in psychological and physical torture of targeted individuals.
They fly as low as 1,000 feet over the victim's home, often in the early AM to wake the victim up.

At other times, their goal is to "terrorize" the target by flying low over their victims' homes or wherever the victim might be.
What can you do about this illegal aerial surveillance and torture?
The answer is, Not Much.
But you can do one thing....GET THESE BA$TARDS ON VIDEO!!
USE WHATEVER EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE TO DO THIS!
Use your camcorders, cell phones, or whatever else you may own and GET THEM ON VIDEO, so that the videos can one day be used as evidence against your stalkers.
This is VERY IMPORTANT!
In fact, it's probably the most important thing a targeted individual can do, because the more evidence you can show to police, your elected representatives, the media, etc. the better the chance that you will be believed by them.
(Having multiple eyewitnesses to back up your claims also helps).
These flying gang stalkers deserve to eventually pay for their evil deeds, in a court of law, and/or as defendants in civil or criminal trials.
