"A spiritual being serving as a divine messenger ad intermediary and often as a special protector of an individual or a nation."
Merriam-Webster defines 'Guardian Angel' as:
"An Angel believed to have special care of a particular individual."
Angels are from Heaven.

Gang Stalkers are paid bullies sent to harm their victims using very specific "no-touch" torture techniques.
No-Touch Torture, also known as 'Psychological Torture,' is an insidious form of torture that is meant to degrade, humiliate and eventually dehumanize victims.
It's different from physical torture in that it focuses on the mind rather than the body.
No-Touch torture techniques include - but are not limited to - slander, blacklisting, residential break-ins, abusive phone calls, 'mobbing' (intense organized harassment in the workplace or neighborhood), computer hacking, frame-ups, threats, blackmail, vandalism, noise campaigns used for sleep deprivation, honking horns, overt surveillance, and other forms of "bullying" used to cause the victim to be constantly fearful and afraid.
