Horn-Honking Cowards
Gang Stalkers love to honk their horns at their victims.
In many cases it's only one or two toots because that is a sound heard often these days.
Many vehicles have a honk or two for the remote switch, so hearing single honk or two is not uncommon.
Also, the gang stalking victim can't call the police and say "That guy just honked at me!"
Yeah, the cowardly bullies love to honk their horns.
But I'll tell you one thing they don't like.
They do NOT like to have their license plate numbers written down.
They HATE that!
For those GS victims who do wish to get their license plate numbers, remember to be "casual" about it.
Don't just walk up to the back of their vehicle & stand there writing down their license plate number.
Just casually walk over behind them & look at the license plate number as you walk by.
Memorize the license number.
Run it over in your mind, over & over, until you get to your own vehicle, and only then write it down.
Keep a GS License plate journal.
You can file the license plates numerically, or by color.
That way, you can see who is a recurring perp and who is a new perp.
(Most of your perps will be new)
One day, hopefully soon, Karma will catch up to these horn-honking, cowardly bullies.
Gather evidence, get them on video using your cell phone.
The more evidence you have, the more of a chance that the police might actually believe you when you go down to report their latest evil act, whether it be attempted arson, attempted break-in, trying to poison your pets or whatever.
GET THEIR LICENCE PLATE NUMBERS!
Meanwhile, try to ignore the evil buttheads when they honk at you.
They WANT you to be "scared" of them.
They WANT you to "suffer"
They WANT you to "react" to their horn honking, so don't do it.
DON"T react to their pathetic horn honking.
Just try to get their license plate numbers, and don't be obvious about it.
NEVER confront a gang stalker!
Many of them are violent ex-felons-on-parole, and they would love to get into a fight with you.
So don't give them the chance.
Stay clear of them as much as possible; but do get their license plate numbers & if you can, get them on video as well.
Remember, these creeps are the "low-level perps"
They do nothing "on their own."
They don't decide what to do to you
They are TOLD what to do to you by their "handlers"
And their handlers are told what to do by the high-level perps, who are the ones actually "Calling the shots."
