Have I done shoplifting?

The cart that I used had two layers, so I put the alcohol spray at the bottom. I forgot to bring one, it was the first item that I took.

When I shop, it's been my routine to spray the cart first then my hands every now and then when I go through the aisles and rummage items.

So when I paid at the cashier, I forgot the alcohol. I just saw it when I was already pushing the cart away to the parking lot. I didn't go back to pay or return it.

My bad!
