This might sound incredibly racist and "unwoke" of me to even ask, by why is that in America, black people are allowed to shoplift?!

That sh*t doesn't happen here in Canada. Here in Canada, if you steal.. (no matter your skin color), stealing is considered a crime, and you get punished for it accordingly. Am I wrong to think that no one should be allowed to shoplift? (even IF you are black)
