I just got my Visa statement and noticed a charge for something I've never heard of. DonnaPlay.com.

I called my bank and had the card cancelled and they will be sending out a new one, and they will be reversing the charges.

Please, if you have a credit card, check your charges carefully. This is pure scammery. Theft! Fraud! I'm not the first, and I won't be the last.

I plan to carefully check each charge from now on. I never did before, but now I will.

Thanks Myzery. But sympathy isn't the purpose of this story. Just a warning to check bank and credit card statements. I even had my PayPal hacked and had over four hundred dollars of charges in two months. I didn't know that was possible, but apparently anything is possible on the Internet.

Just don't relax and trust that everything charged to your credit card is something you ordered.
