got a "probably scam" call on my cell phone -

and guess what? it was Dave Sayer senior prize director from the publisher clearing house....

I didn't call back - Publisher ClearingHouse declared bankruptcy and

oh..I haven't enter it for YEARS!

I got one of those recently. The guy wanted me to go to the nearest CVS to buy a gift card. I considered calling to tell him I was there, then acting like I didn't understand his instructions.

What I keep getting almost daily are these people calling to ask if I want to sell my house. I tell them "for the right price" and when they ask what that is, I give them a number three times the home's value.

@LeopoldBloom I get a lot of those "would you be interested in selling your property at..." calls too. Generally I yell the word "NO" as loudly as I can into the phone and hope I've made the caller deaf

@thisguy20 I prefer to waste their time so they can't bother as many people.
