Where does the money actually go and are the people running this stuff ever held accountable for their corruption and wrongdoing?

Has almost every charity out there become a scam?

I know it must seem that way. This one - COVID relief just SOUNDS like it should have red flags all over it.

I donate to Food For The Poor - they have a great program and a large percentage of donated gifts goes to the charity.
