That told me in an email that because of the scammer problem in Ghana I have been awarded 115 millions dollars loaded onto an ATM card that is being delivered tomorrow by DHL. Wow Im filthy rich now!! This is the 932nd one Ive been awarded!! Yay!

I am surprised this type of scam is still going on. It is old, pre-dating the Internet. Once such postal attempt I received was from Canada, surprisingly, but may have been via an accomplice there to obstruct tracing.
