Why would a number from Sierra Leone message me in Arabic?

I had to google that country to know where it is. So weird, the message is about an online job and the pay is in Egyptian currency and they want me to click on a link to contact customer service. Nice try I guess 🙄

That country has a pretty amazing name though. It has South American vibes but it's in West Africa. The name also has French & Italian vibes. I really like the name Leone ever since I played GTA 3 and after I watched Leone The Professional (or just The Professional), such an amazing movie.
