I'll be honest that I almost feel for this one. Got a call about to lower my CC rates. Well, I decided not to go through. They been threating me to send my acct to collections. Told them I'm going to contact the BBB & Attorney General. They still didn't care.

Called the BBB & after we couldn't find their address, the rep said that if I do not get anything in the mail, nothing will happen. Believe they wouldn't bc it will disclose their address. Be safe out there

there is a statue of limitation on debt and also when asked a detail of the debt in writing must be provided.

@OKWTF2 what I told them the other day I need stuff in writing. The stupid visor said to me that they do not need to provide anything.

@McShay1978 ya also don't ever pay anything till you know what is going on. That statue of limitation will restart if you send them $1 also.
