The next day he took the snake to a gas station & used it for a robbery there. He has been apprehended.

I remember years ago but I don't remember exactly when and where the situation was but, the dude was going around robbing people armed with a hypodermic needle full of poison. I don't remember all of the details either of whether he got caught or not. Perhaps somebody else remembers this situation but I believe it was some cereal burglar.
