People are too smart, they can even find mistakes of God.
NerdyPotato · M
@ABCDEF7 even? He makes it very easy. 😅
ABCDEF7 · M
@NerdyPotato Yes, the high expectations makes it very easy.
NerdyPotato · M
@ABCDEF7 yep, you'd expect much better from an all knowing, all powerful and all good entity.
ABCDEF7 · M
@NerdyPotato Because there can't be any flaw in the ideal people want to follow.
NerdyPotato · M
@ABCDEF7 and that makes it all the more flawed, ironically.
ABCDEF7 · M
@NerdyPotato That is why faith requires people to believe in their God.
There are two ways to know anything, either you ask questions and seek for answers, or you can just believe something without knowing it in reality.
If you are not ready to believe, better not follow the path of faith/religion.

@ABCDEF7 faith does require believe indeed, because the second you start asking questions, it all falls apart instantly.
ABCDEF7 · M
@NerdyPotato That is different philosophy/path of spirituality, known as Knowledge, like non-duality.
NerdyPotato · M
@ABCDEF7 yep. Something that falls apart if you give it more than a quick glance isn't worth dedicating your life to though. At least that's my opinion. The ten commandments are good advice, though incomplete and lacking nuance, but that's about all I take from it.
