Geez I’m still kinda shaky. I saw my stalker ex on the street today.

I was with my family going to a restaurant & he just passed us by. And my heart was pumping so fast, holy shit. I was so scared sigh. I just wish I could live in peace dammit

My biggest fear is running into my ex who raped me.

I can't fathom how I will react but I know that I have thought I saw him a couple of times and it felt as if my heart fell into my stomach. Instant nausea.
