🤔🤔 were you previously suspended for stalking an SW member??

This seems incredibly familiar.

I hope I am wrong.
NicolasGuzman · 51-55, MNew
@Miram well that's a strange coincidence because I have a past I'm not proud of but I left it behind me 20 years ago. When my first son was born almost 18 years ago it gave me even more drive to work towards being a better person year after year.

Thank you. No matter what strife may happen in a persons life you have tell your self, it was just a bad chapter in what will be a very good book.

@NicolasGuzman

Some past you can leave behind.

Some you can't because there are victims who still have to deal with the consequences. And you should too. It depends.
NicolasGuzman · 51-55, MNew
@Miram I accepted the consequences of my actions and any karma that came. My old world was place where angry young men postured and lashed out at eachother.

Those of us that moved on from those days have grown and come to terms with who were. Now we a group of acquaintances and people familiar to eachother with a collective view of our responsibility in our actions. We've discussed that we can at least take comfort in having contained our behavior amongst eachother and we got what we deserved for the choices we made.

@HoLeeFuk That's why the charges were dropped before I went to court. I've provided all the emails and messages to the police, I followed their instructions to message her via email and formally Tell her I do not want to be contacted by her, they also sent her formal warning and she continued. They said there is nothing they can right now because she is in another country. BUT it will all be waiting for when she returns.

I've spoken to the police about the possibility of filing a complaint of false charges, they said it is very hard but I can try. I also have a a lawyer looking into defamation action due to her public circus.

I won't stop until she is held accountable.

And why are you posting this on SW?
NicolasGuzman · 51-55, MNew
@Northwest the subject is false allegations is it not?

@Sharon I support the police taking immediate action when a complaint of abuse is filed as there real victims that need to be protected asap.

But yes unfortunately there are those who take advantage of what is in place to protect the public and use it for malicious reasons.
It's disturbing behavior and an insult to real victims.

@NicolasGuzman The only "immediate action" the police take when a man is being abused by a woman is to arrest the man. It's very rare they take action against vfemale abusers, no matter how badly injured the male victim be. A paramedic here has posted about a few incidents of female perpetrated domestic violence and police indiffeence to it. Here's one such example - https://similarworlds.com/society/women-who-abuse/3497617-Another-one-some-people-say-dont-happen
