When people accuse me of projecting, I don’t really know what that means???

Like I don’t understand the comment and how I’m supposed to process what they are telling me? Does that make sense?

I tend to speak whatever thoughts come into mind, so what I’m saying is exactly what I happen to be feeling.

I’m very simple minded.

Projection is a real thing but people often use it as a defense. "you are only criticizing what you see in yourself" kind of a variation of "it take one to know one"
