Due Process is a right

It is irrelevant if you're obviously guilty. Every PERSON has a right to due process.

@Ferise1 they still get some sort of due process. It's in the 5th amendment. Plus it's a misdemeanor not deserving of being sent to a Gulag. By the guy who has 34 felony convictions.
