Because after he PIT maneuvered my boyfriends truck he pointed his gun at me and said “GET YOUR FUCKING HANDS UP”!!

Weird joke. You can file a complaint against the officer in question. Trouble is a little broad, it might be more like coaching to not bust a blood vessel when approaching a suspect.
