Can they actually make Alex Jones pay?

Seems like these guys just delay and duck and weave and nothing ever happens to them.

I'm getting tired of civil cases in lieu of criminal prosecution, both with Jones and with Trump in New York ... it does seem to easy for them to wiggle out of civil penalties
