I suspect the radio network that hired him has insurance and probably requires it from him as well. He's probably generated more in advertsising revenue than he will cost the networks
and of course Alex and his corporation can if necessary go bankrupt

@Pretzel He will end up going bankrupt, discharging the judgment against him due to bankruptcy, then will form a new conspiracy company so he can continue to poison people's minds.

@windinhishair wouldn't be surprised BUT if he has cost his network provider money he might have a hard time finding a voice
may have to go the paid podcast route.
he only had a voice because he made money for those that sold his program and advertsing time. and if he gets enough bad press then advertisers will avoid him.
I suspect he will see a change in his lifestyle.
the only people to win will be the attorneys

@windinhishair kinda like them remaking the jeffrey dahmer series?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@DeluxedEdition I don't think the Dahmer series was worthwhile to produce. Dahmer and Jones are both despicable people.

@windinhishair
discharging the judgment against him due to bankruptcy
Is that possible?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@ninalanyon Yes, it is possible. In fact, he has been trying to hide assets and leave nothing in the company so he won't have pay the judgment due to lack of assets.
ninalanyon · 61-69, T
@windinhishair How does that discharge the debt? Surely any money that he does obtain in the future must still be used to pay off the judgment? Otherwise declaring bankruptcy would be a get out free card for any monetary judgment. Surely such a judgment is not a debt in the ordinary sense of the word and would not be discharged by bankruptcy?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@ninalanyon Nope. If the company he works for is found liable and has no assets, no one can collect on the judgment. He is free to start a new company, but that has no relationship to the previous one, so he can make money all over again.
DeluxedEdition · 26-30, F
@windinhishair he works for himself 😂

@windinhishair So the case was against his company rather than him personally?
Tastyfrzz · 61-69, M
@windinhishair can that be stopped?
windinhishair · 61-69, M
@ninalanyon @Tastyfrzz Both Jones personally, and the companies where he has has major assets, were sued.
The court has taken actions to prevent him transferring assets several times already.
