Sometimes, there is no legal justice... MANY times that is the case.
The best thing you can do is be the best mother possible and make a good life for yourself and children. Leave the dead beat bum behind and become someone you are proud of.
Don't let his words about you be a reality.

He may need to be in prison and if he keeps going the path he's on, he most likely will live there eventually.
