Waiting for the other shoe to drop

Ok so I'm up a creek and I don't have a paddle life raft or even a lifesaver candy to help me...
In January I moved to this mobile home... Then found out I could apply for rent relief as a grant.. I applied and was approved!!! So I paid my rent of $300.00 a month all the way up to January 2023 when my lease is up... But I just found out my land lord has no t paid the lot space for the trailer in 4 months we are now being evicted by the park... How is any of this fair for me? I'm about to be homeless with no where to go and no help from anyone I don't know what I'm gonna do... Why is it that the evil always seem to win?

Other than taking the owner of the mobile to small claims court, not much you can do.

The separation of park rent and mobile rent has been going on for decades.

Legally the park is not at fault. It's the owner of the actual mobile who is at fault for the rent previous to your moving in.

I can say this is pretty much a open and shut case for a small claims court. The judge will immediately ask for the return of your lease money.

So do take it to small claims court.

fight the eviction
contest it
you may be able to find some groups that will assist you for free if you're low income

basically - you fight it and refuse to move - they lot owners will win in the end but fight them until you get to January

Where I live in order to evict you they have to
1) personally serve you with a summons for a court hearing

2) you file an "answer" stating that you are an innocent third party and have paid your rent - provide receipts

3) hopefully it will take a month or two after you're served to schedule the hearing

4) get on the phone to the agency that gave you the grant and report the landlord for not paying the lot rent - maybe they can mess him over a litte.

5) see if you can sue the landlord for whatever rent money you are owed (from the time you actually have to move)

It is totally wrong! Unfortunately, your only recourse is what @DeWayfarer said. He is spot on.
