looking for professional help
i have harmful paraphilic urges, close to the point of acting on them, but i cannot go to a real life professional at the moment. does anyone know any online therapists that can help?

Are there community mental health centers you can go to? If it’s a money issue maybe they have some help for that? Can you walk to one?

@PalteseMalconFunch there are no close or affordable mental health institutions where i live. my country overall doesnt care about this, wether you hurt or dont hurt people. "oh youre a pedo? you have two options: church or jail"

I don't think those are the kind of thing you can handle yourself. You should see someone before you hurt somebody.

@MartinTheFirst my parents and relatives dont care about mental health in any way. they didnt care when i self harmed, attempted suicide, they wouldnt care now. if you dont know any online professional then you didnt have to comment
