Well, if you believe in the biblical fairytale, such events are the will of God & Jesus. After all, an untold number of believers must be murdered for their faith before Jesus returns. Therefore, the killers are doing God's will and should be exempt from punishment in such cases. The killers should claim a religious exemption based upon the Bible. After all, they are God's evil angels.

@Diotrephes So you can't engage in reasoned conversation common to humanity without bringing up your discredited hobby horse. That kind of make you a very sad individual.

Yes, I am sad and have been for some time.

However, I am discussing the ideas expressed in the Bible. I thought you were familiar with the Bible. Surely you know what the real Ten Commandments are because all of the stories in the Old and New Testaments illustrate them. Or do you believe in the fake ones in Exodus chapter 20?

If you read the New Testament with a critical eye and an intelligent brain you will quickily realize that the Jesus character is the most hypocritical character in the entire Bible. He was always yakking about how others should behave but he never followed his own advice. He was also a poor judge of character. For instance, he told Peter that he was the rock upon which he would build his church. But Peter later disavowed him. He told people to give money to the poor but he never did it himself. He said that if you had faith that you could tell a tree to uproot itself and that it would obey. None of his apostles ever did that and neither did he. He constantly insulted people, calling them dogs, swine, and snakes. He also said that people should hate their families but love him. He refused to speak to his mother. He also said that he came not to bring peace but a sword. So, he wants killings and destruction. And, he won't return until a magic number of believers have been killed for their faith. Is that being good or is it being evil?

You can try to put a positive spin on it but his own words and actions will show that you are mistaken. Besides, he plainly said that he had only been sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. Does that include you? It doesn't include me.

@Diotrephes Still with the silly cliches? Get serious. You know nothing about Jesus apart from the nonsense you can find on Google. Too funny!

If you like I can cite specific verses that support my statements. Or you can easily read it with a critical eye and you will most likely quickly agree with me.
