Anyone been avoiding social media lately?

I have enough to deal with at the moment and hearing about all these mass shootings and stuff makes me even more anxious 😔.

I have been too busy with work and socialising to use socials and it has been amazing . Life feels so fulfilling and as it was before the pandemic ,but better since I have changed a lot of things for myself
