Anyone been avoiding social media lately?
I have enough to deal with at the moment and hearing about all these mass shootings and stuff makes me even more anxious 😔.

@Fluffybull Same here. I've rarely looked at the news in depth since May 2020. When I do look at it, it's just only briefly.
