It's getting ridiculous, isn't it? We need way tougher laws and after reading some of the other comments, I saw some reasonable answers/solutions. Yet if these psychos keep going on killing sprees, and they are caught and thrown in prison, instead of clothing and feeding them for years and years, I say an eye for an eye. It might send a message; behave or its curtains for you.
