Can you mock a fascist dictator in the streets?

Suppose you dressed up in a silly costume and just made fun of the fascist dictator. Would that be OK? You'd just go back to your studdies or your job the next day right? Life would just go on.

Liberal logic. They scream and cry and hurl vicious insults and lies at our President, with no consequences. It never occurs to them that if he truly was "worse than Hitler", they'd be in jail, or executed.
