I'm confused - again

Regarding the documents obtained at the FBI's search of Trump's place...

If they were, as described, highly confidential...how can they be released by a judge?

No one (even half seriously)is talking about releasing the documents themselves.

The issue is the affidavit in support of the warrant, which could reveal the rat(s), the names of FBI agents, and the government's strategy and what it knows about whatever it's investigating.

All of this stuff would pretty come out after indictment, but if it's public now, it might prevent an indictment, if folks can get their stories straight and witnesses can be gotten to.

Agreed, it will be a total disaster to release that information and the only reason a judge would do it is to please the GOP and make the DOJ case fail.@MistyCee

@MistyCee Or...they know there is not enough evidence for the case to hold up in court. I can see the libs, feeling empowered to continue to trample Trump's rights, get an indictment but not announce it until the eve of the election, only to either drop the charges or have them thrown out after the election trying to inflict the maximum amount of damage to Trump's political aspirations since they cannot defeat him in the arena of accomplishments. Prosecutorial misconduct and even disbarment should be on the mind of the prosecutor in this kangaroo court. However, libs believe they are immune from the laws that govern mere men and would never hold one of their own to such scrutiny. But Trump always come out , clean as a whistle every time you libs trump up charges against him.
