I don't understand why people have to

Steal things from a child. Someone stole Sissy's headphones out of her backpack at school. She of course is very upset so Joel is heading up there to get her and take her to get a new pair. She cannot function without them.

Hopefully she doesn't have a panic attack because of this. I can't help her and Joel has never had to deal with her having an alone.

I just don't know why people think it's okay to do that to a child.

I don't get it either. My son gets his stuff stolen and broken. A few weeks ago someone took his whole lunch box and threw it in the trash. They keep breaking his pencil sharpeners because it's pink.

I've been replacing things, I've spoken to the school about bullying, and pretty soon I'm going to get pissed because I can't afford to support others children's clepto and jerk problems.

@EldritchFox it is really sad that it keeps happening. I would be very frustrated too. This is the first time that she said anything stolen from her at school. We are getting a backpack that locks so this won't happen again.

@EldritchFox she didn't want to go to school today so we let her stay home and she seems to be doing okay. She has spent most of the day in the sensory room.
